Who We Are

Each of us has been touched in some way, as our nation even now, continues to face the challenges of racism, inequality and prejudice. Few of us have a place to talk openly and honestly about our questions, concerns, experiences and hopes. “Better Together” will welcome you into that place of conversation and growth.

This group is intended to bring people together for an on-going conversation based on the belief that sharing perspectives creates a better understanding of our differences. We aren’t experts in diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI), but we are brothers and sisters in Christ wanting to better Love God and Love Others. We are all in different places on our journey in DEI and we are better alongside each other in community as we go on our path.
